Ah, the holidays: my favorite time of year. I don’t mean cooking turkeys and trimming trees – I’m talking about carving pumpkins and trick-or-treating!
Halloween is a favorite holiday for many, young and old, because it gives us all an excuse to stop taking things so seriously and indulge in spooky stories, scary movies, festive costumes and, of course, all the chocolate coated sugary treats we can get our hands on.
As the leaves fall and the weather gets colder, it’s easy to wax nostalgic about the warm days of summer and the sunny, sandy vacations that offered a break from the real world. But autumn doesn’t have to be hum-drum. It may be cliche, but remember to accentuate the positives: think of all the fall-centric activities the month has in store. From pumpkin-picking to hayrides, haunted houses to horror movie marathons – the season has ghoulish fun to offer every age.
Individuals and brands alike want to get in on the fun, so if your company is looking to spook things up this October, consider incorporating some of these Halloween stock photos into your blogs, newsletters or social posts.
What do you have planned for the next few weeks? Will your decorations be cozy and harvest-themed or skew spooky? Which cold-weather drink is your go-to for keeping warm: hot cocoa, warm apple cider, or the ever-popular (no shame!) pumpkin spice latte? And perhaps the most important question of them all: What’s your favorite Halloween candy?
